Entire Maintenance Package (EMP)
UA9 offers a comprehensive Entire Maintenance Package designed to maximise aircraft availability, minimise downtime and provide predictable through-life support costs.
The EMP is a complete support programme covering the aircraft, engines, avionics, mission systems, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, spare parts, tooling and technical support. Rather than separating individual elements of aircraft maintenance, the programme provides one integrated solution for the continued operational support of the UA9.
Dedicated UA9 technical personnel can be deployed to the customer’s operating location, providing on-site engineering support and significantly reducing the maintenance burden placed upon the operator.
Rotable components and replacement parts are managed through a closed-loop supply chain, while engine servicing, repair, overhaul, exchange and pooling requirements are incorporated within the programme.
The EMP operates on a fixed charge per flying hour, providing straightforward and predictable through-life maintenance budgeting while UA9 manages the technical support required to maintain aircraft availability.
